Got an argument with a colleague today, I was so mad cause she asked me to 'SHUT UP' when she ran out of word to speak to me!!!!! 
She asked me to do something which is not within the procedure and my job description. I try to explain to her that I can't because I don't have the access to the transaction, but she thought I don't want to sign for it, keep telling me she will talk to boss about, is ok to sign. But she just doesn't get me, I said 'THIS CANNOT BE DONE BY ME, I GOT NO ACCESS TO THIS' 
She is so uncivilised because she don't know how to listen, don't know how to understand and don't know how to respect!!!! 
Maybe she think she is higher ranking then me so that she can insult me like that, she is so stupid, she got no standard at all!!!! 
My other colleague said she has given herself too many power (what she think is suitable) but she never know that this will made her looks like an idiot. 
When she shouted at me, I asked her to 'STOP IT' & I WALKED OFF FROM HER. 
I forgive her but will not talk to her until she talk to me, is not that I am 'small gas' is I don't want to lower down my standard to talk to someone that got no standard at all.
